Ana Rita Nunes completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at ISPA – Instituto Universitário in 2023, under the supervision of Professor Filipa Pimenta. Her master’s research aimed to investigate the predictors of work performance within the Portuguese context. Alongside this work, she has also collaborated on projects involving adults over the age of 65, focusing on the development of cognitive stimulation and digital literacy activities. She is actively engaged in multiple research projects, has presented at numerous national and international conferences, published scientific papers, and contributed to the development of book chapters. She is currently a PhD candidate, supported by a doctoral fellowship from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT, I.P.; 2024.06712.BD). Her doctoral research focuses on exploring the psychological and occupational variables associated with the management of menopausal symptoms among professionally active Portuguese women, with a particular focus on promoting mental health and well-being.
