Beatriz Pacheco is Ph.D. student in Developmental Psychology. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology from ISPA. Her main research interests focus on the study of attachment relationships throughout development, loneliness, and social withdrawal. She is currently a research assistant at the William James Center for Research (WJCR) and, throughout her experience, has developed expertise in the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in contexts involving children and families, as well as in the area of psychological assessment and intervention. In addition, she has published one article in a newsletter, participated in the development of three manuals for therapists, families, and teachers, organized one event and participated in two, and participated in the presentation of five posters at conferences. She has received one academic merit award.
