Raquel Rosas is a PhD fellow in Health Psychology, developing research in the field of food literacy and behaviour change with the project “FOODLIT-PRO: Food Literacy Project” (FCT grant SFRH/BD/128528/2017)”. Studying food-related knowledge, competencies and behaviours amidst global food systems, her main research interests are: food-related behaviour change in adult population; consumer behaviours’ impact on food systems surrounding contexts (such as sustainability and policy-making); eHealth applications for food behaviour change interventions; quantitative and qualitative assessment; development, application and monitoring of (inter)national food policies.
